Ⅱ. Shipping Fees and Pricing
Delivery charges are determined by the order value.

Orders below AUD 152.46: a flat shipping fee of AUD 8.46
All listed prices include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Shipments are handled under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.
The amount shown at checkout represents the total payable amount, with no undisclosed charges.
Ⅲ. Order Processing and Transit Time
Order Processing

Payments completed before 6:00 pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) are counted for processing on the same day.

Payments completed after this time begin processing on the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays enter processing on the following working day.
Dispatch and Delivery

Reported cases are reviewed based on the provided information, and replacement or refund options may be assessed where applicable.

Ⅵ. Order Changes and Cancellations
Before Dispatch: Requests to update delivery details or cancel an order may be submitted within 72 hours after placing the order.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer available.
